Schools have tried a multitude of ways to stop students, yet this challenge is just as popular today as ever. Clearly, many solutions aren't working. So what is the solution?

Yet as we think about equity and inclusive practices that move us towards meeting the needs of all children, do we really want to go 鈥渂ack to normal?"聽If we are honest with ourselves, going back to normal is the last thing we should be trying to do.
